The hotel was neat and the staff were outstandingly helpful. Appreciated our rooms with a good bed. The location was magnificent, relatively near an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. Good restaurant provided Italian dishes. We was here for 3 days and would return there.

The room was nicely decorated and had a private safe, an air conditioning, and a work desk as pictured in advertising. The bed was very clean - the best of the 4-star hotels I stayed at before. The location was perfect and excellent, you can visit Via Veneto Street by walking...

Enzo checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us great ideas for planning our short trip to Rome and was very welcoming. The location is awesome, very close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. A great place!

The location was excellent and the hotel itself is very nice. The entrance is lovely, with a large marble staircase going up to the rooms. Our room was plenty big enough for a 3 night stay and equally we would have been comfortable staying much longer! The staff were efficient and capable - we blew the fuse when we turned a light on and the bulb went and they resolved the issue (even with my limited Italian!) within minutes.

Its an old building.
Ants!! Our room was infested with ants. (room 41). in one of the corners I seen a pile of thouands of ants. My blood ran cold. I don't know what they were swarming over (I didn't stay long enough to investigate) I shudder to think.

Great service, even though a few employees were kind of rude.

I really appreciated the spacious room , made my stay comfortable and the hotel's prime location, as it was under a 5-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and about 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, allowing me to explore Rome's beautiful landmarks with ease.

No breackfast is served, so you have to go to a nearby bar to buy breackfast. No lobby. The staff of the hotel is not enough
